Dr. Rogers founded Momentum Growth Consulting on a straightforward conviction: the organizations that win are the ones that invest in the people closest to the work. Her practice brings doctoral-level research in business administration together with hands-on operational experience across healthcare, hospitality, and service environments.
She works shoulder-to-shoulder with leadership teams - assessing what is actually happening on the floor, designing practical interventions, and staying through implementation until new standards hold on their own.
Our approach is further strengthened by advanced expertise in organizational leadership. With a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Leadership, our consulting services are informed by advanced knowledge of leadership strategy, organizational development, workplace culture, employee engagement, and performance improvement. This expertise enables us to bring a deeper, evidence-based perspective to the challenges organizations face while translating leadership principles into practical strategies that drive sustainable growth and organizational success.
